This blog is for parents, teachers, caregivers, and anyone looking for relatable stories, practical advice, and a little humor to navigate life with kids—especially those with unique emotional and educational needs.

Teach, Love, and French Fries was inspired by my passion for working with kids, especially those with emotional impairments, and my belief that teaching and parenting are journeys filled with chaos, joy, and growth. As a school social worker and mom, I’ve faced the highs and lows of helping kids navigate their emotions and develop resilience. I wanted to create a space where parents, teachers, and caregivers could find relatable stories, practical advice, and a little humor to remind us all that it’s okay to be 'perfectly imperfect.'

The name reflects my approach—teaching with love, embracing life’s challenges, and finding joy in the little things (like a plate of French fries). It’s about building connections, celebrating progress, and supporting each other through the messy, magical moments of life.

I post on Teach Love and French Fries every week ! At least I'm trying

I write about ADHD, emotional wellness, parenting challenges, classroom chaos, and everything in between. Each week brings a fresh perspective, tips, and encouragement for embracing life’s ups and downs.

Yes, I’m here to help! Whether you’re a parent seeking guidance or a student needing support, I offer insights, strategies, and encouragement to navigate challenges and celebrate successes. Let’s work together to make a difference!
